Received a Letter, Email, Text, or Phone Call From American Inheritance Group?

Here’s Why We Contacted You & What Happens Next

We understand that receiving an unexpected communication regarding assets you may not have known existed can naturally raise questions. You may be wondering why we contacted you, how we found you, and what you should do next. We are happy to explain.

American Inheritance Group is a licensed investigative firm specializing in the identification and recovery of unclaimed and dormant assets.

Why We Contacted You

Every year, financial accounts, investments, insurance proceeds, inheritances, and other assets go unclaimed for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes an owner has moved or passed away. In other cases, an account has become dormant, contact information is outdated, or assets are owed to an estate, trust, heir, or beneficiary who has never been located.

Our work begins with identifying those assets and researching the people and relationships connected to them. When our research indicates that someone may have a legal interest in assets we have identified, our team attempts to locate and contact that individual.

If you received a communication from American Inheritance Group, that is why we reached out to you.

Who We Are

American Inheritance Group is a licensed Class A Investigations Company regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety. We are also licensed as a Class A Private Investigative Agency and regulated by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

For more than a decade, our team has assisted individuals, families, heirs, estates, and trusts with the identification and recovery of unclaimed and dormant assets.

We are also a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business with an A+ rating. We encourage you to verify us for yourself.

What Does It Cost?

American Inheritance Group works on a contingency basis. There is no upfront fee for our asset recovery services, and our compensation is dependent upon a successful recovery.

If you received an agreement with our correspondence, the fee and terms applicable to your recovery are outlined in that agreement.

If your initial communication did not include an agreement, a member of our team will explain our services and applicable fee before you decide whether you would like to work with us. The terms of our engagement will always be provided in writing.

If we are unsuccessful in recovering the assets, you owe us nothing for our services.

What Happens Next?

The first step is simply to speak with us. A member of our team can explain what our research has identified, why we believe you may have an interest in the assets, their approximate value when available, and what may be involved in pursuing the recovery.

There is no obligation simply to speak with us, ask questions, or learn more.
